It’s Monday again. Time to get your menus planned. Stop on over at Laura’s and see if you can some tasty new ideas for dinner.
Monday ~ spaghetti/meatballs and garlic bread
Tuesday ~ pork chops, potatoes, corn and rolls
Wednesday ~ tacos
Thursday ~ leftovers
Friday ~ pizza
Saturday/Sunday ~ the guys are on their own for the weekend, as I will be gone for my annual girls weekend in Chicago!!
My baby turns 17 today! Where oh where has the time gone? I knew he would have his growth spurt, but wasn’t counting on it to happen all in a matter of a few months! He is now taller than me, and I now have to look up to both of my boys… so not right!
He and John went to Cook’s for chili dogs, as that is what Trent wanted for his birthday dinner. I didn’t go as I don’t care for chili dogs. So I headed out to the antique shops to see if I could find the package of rings that I am able to make some cool rings out of. No such luck, I should have bought them when I was there a little while ago. I did find a cool dressing table that I have been wanting, just wish I had the room in the house to put it. I also didn’t want to spend the money on it, without talking it over with John. So I left empty handed.
I got a few texts from them as they stopped at Best Buy, showing me a guitar, and then an amp. I didn’t now BB sold that kind of stuff. I told him NO to his request of an amp, as I wasn’t granted the YES to get the new laptop I want/need. And what does he do…. he buys it anyways. Grrrrr
With my laptop I at least use it every day, where he plays his guitar once in a blue moon now. I am irritated, but what am I going to do. I have a feeling I am going to do a purse shopping binge at Thirty One!

I haven’t been back to the gym in a really long time. I feel blah and gross. Now that some of my extra activities have slowed down, I may be getting my butt back in the gym. I know its going to kick my butt, but its something that I need. I have even resorted back to looking at all of those diet aids. Wondering, does hexaghen work?
I should start back on my Herbalife, and watch what I eat. It has worked in the past, so I just need to quit doubting it. Also need to stop drinking pop. This is such a damn addicting habit that I just wish would go away! Also my candy bar and donut binging needs to stop as well.
