Wow! I haven’t blogged since Monday! Busy, busy! I am now a soccer mom. Trent made the team at school, so we have had practices 3 days a week, and his first game is next Thursday. Monday’s practice was a mess. It was raining, and they practice in it, as long as its not thundering. I am so glad I had a forethought and grabbed the beach blanket to put on the seats in the truck, as I had to bring home one of his friends, then the coach asked if I could take home another, as he was going to walk. They were all so very muddy! I should have taken a picture of them.. shoot! They were told to sit on the edge and NOT to lean back, as I had to double up the blanket for the bench, as they were soaked as well.
I have also been working out with a trainer at the Fit Zone for this 21 day fit study. She is kicking my butt! But after going 4 times, I can see a little difference so far. Yesterday was the best day out of all 4, I didn’t hurt at all during the workout, or afterwards either. I am hoping once the study is over with I will keep this up with the equipment my hubby has at home, as I can’t justify the expense per month right now with me not working. Nor do I want to commit for a full year. I wish they didn’t charge as much, or make the year long commitment, then I would think about joining, as I like going there. Everyone is friendly, and there is no men there, so its less intimidating.
I am getting anxious for Debbie’s visit in a few weeks! We have a few short days to get some sight seeing in. I am so excited to meet her new grand daughter!
I have decided to restart my daycare, as I am not having any luck finding a job. I have had a few calls, but most of them are for moms to be, they are all due in Dec. and will be needing care at the end of Jan. They all have been told I have the openings now, and don’t know what will be available the time they need. If any one of them want to pay a retainer fee per week, then I will hold the one infant spot I am allowed to have. I don’t see this happening, but you never know!
Well that’s it for now, off to get Trent moving… he has been in the shower long enough.
