Food 4 Thought Friday.
Breakfast
If you were given one extra hour everyday - how would you use that time? I would use it for sleep!!
Lunch
What is your favorite season and why? Fall. I love all the crisp, cool air and the color changes.
Dinner
Are you a tight squeezer, a delicate hugger, a back patter, a hand shaker, or a hands off completely person? I am a delicate hugger.
Midnight Snack
Have you ever gone skinny dipping? If so where? I have, in a pool.
Recipe for this Week (instead of your recipe for life - what is it for just this week?) Take a deep breath, and breathe.

It’s that time a week again! Know and Tell Friday. Here are the questions!
1. How far in advance do you start getting ready for back-to-school (whether for your own kids, or for yourself when you were in school)? About a month or so.
2. Do you have any picky eaters who need special considerations for lunches? What does a typical bagged lunch look like in your house? PB & J, chips, yogurt, grapes or strawberries and some sort of fruit snack.
3. What school supply items do you skimp on and what are you willing to shell out the big bucks for? I try to hit all the sales/clearance racks for clothes, but usually shell out the big bucks on shoes.
4. Do you get your kids up, or do they get up on their own? Any snooze-hitters that have trouble waking up? How about the opposite, any kids that are up at the crack of dawn? I get them up. My oldest is the hardest to get up! None are up at the crack of dawn.
5. Any cafeteria horror stories? Is school food as bad as they say? We are at a charter school, so we don’t have hot lunch. So no horror stories here.
6. How important is it to you to make sure your kids have the latest styles and trendiest accessories? It’s not important to the youngest, my oldest is a preppy boy, so he has to to have all the latest, but he is no longer in school, so he is on his own for buying things!.
7. Remember the movie Kindergarten Cop? If Arnold Schwarzenegger was your child’s new kindergarten teacher, how would you feel? I think I would be startled at first, but then would be ok with it..
