My Life as Mama Jodi

A few Christian artists this weekend!! We had the Tri Unity Benefit concert with Tammy Trent headlining the event. She brought along a few of her friends, Pam Thum, Steven Marshall and had her sister, Virginia Hill there as well. It was an awesome night!

What an awesome time we had this weekend!! We went up to Traverse City for a concert, that my hubby was in..with our church band. They were the preworship team, to be followed by Final Generation and then Virginia Hill (a upcoming new Christian Artist).

Our church was so unbelieveablly awesome! When they finished, our Music Minister spoke (the main reason we were there) about his connection with this church, and to promote his book he just got published. The majority of the proceeds to this book will be sown back into the missions of “Forgotten Man Ministries”.

Then next group Final Generation, was a Southern Gospel group ~ WOW is all I can say! They were awesome! All the songs they sang brought back so many memories from my growing up years!! Then on to the main act of Virginia! She was just as awesome! Trent now has a new “crush”.

While they did the offering, our Music Minister and one of the gals sang, and blew me away! Why they have held back at doing this at our church I will never know! I told them that they need to sing this at church on Sunday!

We will be doing another concert this Saturday here in Grand Rapids, this time for a benefit for a local Christian School. This time the concert will be featuring Tammy Trent, Pam Thum, Stephen Marshall and again Virginia Hill, as well as Crossfire Ministries Worship team.
