Weekend in Review
Weekend rewind.
Friday ~ John and Trent went over to his parents to work on the guitar…. again. I went and met up with Robyn, Erica and kids at the mall. Robyn was on the hunt for a dress to wear to her Grandma’s birthday party in a few weeks.
Saturday ~ I headed out to Hastings (51 mins away) to drop off our taxes. Yep, a bit of a hike, but this guy does an awesome job on our taxes, and always gets us a nice return. The drive there was a bit nerve racking, snowing some of the time, and lots of wind that caused some white out conditions. The drive back was much better, it had stopped snowing, and the wind wasn’t as bad.
I stopped and got a few things that I had forgotten when I got groceries the day before. Then headed home where I stayed for the remainder of the day/night. Knowing this, I put on my pj’s and camped out in the living room. Trent and I watched “Harry and the Henderson’s”, cute movie.
Sunday ~ Church was good. Got to see Virginia Hill. She is our Pastor’s daughter. Love hearing her sing! We then headed over to John’s parents for dinner and 2 birthday celebrations.

Then it was home to watch the Super Bowl. Trent was bummed that the Saints won.
