Patience.. I need patience
That’s what the Doc said today. Does he not know me?!?!?! I am the least likely person to have patience! I have to wear the splint for another 4 to 6 weeks. Its going to take time for it to heal. I have had the pain on and off since May, so its going to take at least that long to heal he said. I am itching to get back to knitting!
At least I don’t have to go back to physical therapy. I can do the exercises at home, and with the ultrasound/electric stimulation not really making a difference he said I could stop. Which is a good thing, as it was draining my budget.
I am looking into some all natural products to take to help the healing process. Hubby is going to be taking some of the stuff as well, to help with his shoulder. We are quite a pair, with our “old age” inuries.. LOL
