School or not

I am still considering going back to school, but thinking about going the online university route. I need to work the school schedule into my schedule. I have been browsing different sites, and like what I see on this particular one. Its very informative. The scary part for me is always the financial side of going back to school. Everything I read was very helpful and set most of my fears aside. They have scholarships available, this also helps with the money fears.
Now I just need to decide on what I want to go back to school for. Should I stay with the health care route, or go into teaching? I have some training/schooling in the medical field, so this is a bonus, and probably would be best route for me to go.
