Changes coming

We are getting ready to redo our kitchen, next weekend to be exact. What a fun way to spend the holiday weekend. My hubby wants hardwood floors, and I am not a big fan of them, but have agreed. I am trying to talk him into extending it into the dining room, thinking it would be a great selling point. I think we may even be able to salvage the ones that are under the carpet and tile. If I can talk him into it, I would then look at area rugs, as I would want some sort of carpet, as that is the area that I have my daycare in. We don’t use the dining room as what it is intended for, as we never eat at the dining room table.
