A new flavor

I found a great way to do a colon cleanse. First it was the fiber bars that really got the bowels moving, but now I found a great new flavor of the Crystal Light drink packets. Strawberry banana… YUM! I just have to remember to not drink one of these when I know I am going to be out and about or going to church, as they produce lots of gas. Its rather funny when a friend and I each have one and double team up on aother friend… she no likes us!
