We are starting the process of redoing our bedroom. We have been in our house for almost 12 years and never touched our bedroom so I think it is time I do something in there. I found some cheap, but nice looking carpet so this is a major relief. I am trying to decide on what color paint I want to go with for our walls. I would like to get a new comforter set, but in doing this I will need to make some new curtains.
I would like to strip the old stain off my dresser, restain it and find some decorative hardware, for it as right now I have no knobs, and have to leave the drawers slightly open so I can get into them. I really like this one 
. I think it would look really nice when I am done with the staining. I would like to put in some crown molding after browsing this site. I wonder if I can twist my hubby’s arm hard enough?! Would that look good in a bedroom? Hmmm maybe I can convince him to do this in our living room and dining room instead.
I would like to get some shutters for the house as well. They say that curb appeal is always a bonus when trying to sell your house. I want that right buyer to drive by and look at the outside of the house and say, WoW! I really like this house! But then again, if I do all this work on the house I just may be tempted to want to stay here.
