Monday ~ spaghetti & garlic bread

Tuesday ~ turkey pot pie

Wednesday ~ hamburgs, fries, and peaches

Thursday ~ pizza

Friday ~ burritos

Saturday ~ subs for the guys, I am going out with some friends to Mongolian BBQ.

Sunday ~ homemade chicken noodle soup and rolls (didn’t make this last week)

1. Please tell us about your Thanksgiving day, don?t leave anything out! Please share some Thanksgiving photos with us! (And then submit the permalink to your entry in the Coffee Chat project for a chance to win a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate!) We spent the day with my inlaws. Dinner was very good. We had turkey and all the trimmings (I brought the sweet potatoes and green bean casserole), plus the usual spaghetti. My inlaws are Italians, and this is a must at their house.

2. How is the Christmas/Holiday shopping coming along? Has the economic crunch changed how much you usually spend for Christmas/Holidays? Why or why not? How have you adapted? Did you go shopping on Black Friday? Why or why not? What are your thoughts about how out of control some people behave on Black Friday? My shopping is just about done. We have cut back some, as I have cashed in some of our points from our bank, and from another site, and got lots of gift cards. I did go out shopping on Black Friday, but not at the crack of dawn, that’s just crazy! I think the way people act is crazy! Every year you hear about someone either getting hurt or killed in a stampede. Its just not worth it!

3. How many times a week do you eat fast food? (Be honest!) What do you think about this number? What is your favorite fast food restaurant? Do you think the food you eat there is healthy for you? Do you consciously make healthier choices when you eat out? I probably eat fast food 3 times a week. Its not all that bad, it could be worse. I guess it would be McDonald’s, as that’s usually where I go. I don’t think the food is healthy, but it tastes oh so good at times… LOL. I don’t make healthy choices when I eat out.
