Monday Morning Meme
Karen from WriteFromKaren has started a new meme, appropriately titled the ‘Monday Morning Meme’. It’s a lot of fun – won’t you join in?
1. You have a huge final project that is due in six weeks. When will you actually begin it? In other words, are you the sort of person who gets things done right away, or do you wait until the last minute? Why is this? I usually get right at it at first, then slack off only to have to work my butt off to finish it at the end. Why?? I am geeked about it at first, then I get bored so I slack off.
2. How often do you clean your house? (Be honest!) Do you think you?re a good housekeeper? Does your significant other think you?re a good housekeeper? Does your significant other ever thank you for cleaning house? No one likes to clean, but what is the one thing you don?t mind cleaning? When I did daycare, I was constantly cleaning my house, now that I am not, it gets cleaned once a week by me, and then the boys have their chores they do on Saturday. I think my hubby thinks I am a good housekeeper. He has never thanked me for it. I don’t mind vacuuming in.
3. Fill in the blank: I can?t believe you ____________! Now tell us the story behind this sentence (WHY did you fill it in the way you did?) I can’t think of anything right now… I will have to come back to this.
4. Be honest, how many times do you hit the snooze button? What time do you get up during week days? What time do you typically get up on the weekends? Are you a good sleeper? If so, why? If not, why not? I don’t usually hit the snooze button, so maybe only one time. During the week I am up by 6ish, and on the weekends usually 7ish. I am not a good sleeper at all. I am a really light sleeper, so I hear any and every little noise.
