Monday ~ spaghetti/meatballs and garlic bread with a bruschetta topping
Tuesday ~ grilled ham/cheese and tomato soup
Wednesday ~ pancakes and sausage
Thursday ~ pizza
Friday ~ pork chops, mashed potatoes/gravy, corn and rolls

I love pancakes for all meals! Looks like a tasty week! I really need to start getting into a menu plan! perhaps next week AFTER our vacation week!
