OCP Challenge #5 ~ Springtime

Posted by: Jodi  :  Category: Random

On Online Christian Parents they are doing weekly challenges, and I finally decided to join in. This weeks topic is:

Springtime Revelations
Spring is the time of year where “new life” begins to show it’s beauty after a time of resting. Share what feelings that Spring brings to you ~ whether it be smells, what you see, what you feel. Let us experience your version of Spring through your blog.

Springtime to me means “new life”. Not only do we celebrate the resurrection of Christ, we get to celebrate new life of all living creatures. Not just people but from animals as well. Going for walks and seeing all the babies (animals) emerging out into the world is amazing, and to see how protective the momma’s are over them.

I love seeing the first flowers pop up from the cold dormant ground. I can never remember what has been planted out front, so it is always a surprise, but a pleasant one. Everything is blooming, and the whole world comes alive again.

I am so ready to see my crocus’ pop up through the ground again!

I love springtime and the new flowers, too. My allergies don’t appreciate them much, though, LOL.
