Weekend update
Had a pretty laid back weekend. I wasn’t feeling all that well so I camped out at home. John went to the “Soaring Eagle Casino” with his dad to see Dick Contino (an according player – that my father in law is nuts over). I wanted to just veg in my bed, but got roped into watching a movie with Trent after he turned on the puppy dog eyes. We watched “Surf’s Up”, it was an ok movie, I am not into cartoony movies all that much.
Saturday was pretty much the same, just camped out at home, lots of sleeping to try and get rid of this cold I have. I did do a few scrapbook pages, then watched another movie with my guys. During the movie my oldest called, totally threw me for a loop with what he asked. He wants to move back home. I told him that John and I had to talk about it, but there would have to be some major changes with his attitude and some apologies first. I thought for sure the “question” he had for me earlier in the week had to do with something totally different, just wasn’t expecting this. So we shall see where this goes.
Sunday was church, then we headed over to the inlaws for dinner. I went to the Hallmark store with my mother in law, wasn’t planning on getting anything, but saw a cute “Frosty the Snowman” I wanted, but needed to purchase 3 cards to get it at the discount. So I grabbed some birthday cards and got the snowman!! Then headed home so I could watch “The Amazing Race” ~ I love this show! I am feeling much better, just a tickle in my throat now. I hope this will be gone before Friday before I get on the plane!!
Oh yeah… I am going to the Mall of America this weekend with my best friend Jeanine! I can’t wait!!!

I’m glad to hear you are starting to feel better!! Goodluck w/ you decision regarding Christopher. Hopefully he finally realized how good he did have it at home.
I totally forgot Amazing Race was starting last night! sigh How was it?
