But if you get a defective product, do not expect good customer service. They are unresponsive and rude. My locket fell apart as soon as I opened it up for the first time. I contacted them immediately. Their short and unhelpful remarks and lack of desire to help me has made me sick. I fixed it up and gave it to my wife, but it is certainly not as good as new. I am still hoping they offer a resolution, but I'm still waiting. Avoid this company. Cute products and interesting idea. But they do not care about their customers.
