The project can be little or big – whatever you want. Basically, Tackle It Tuesday is about giving ourselves incentive, deadlines and satisfaction in getting our household tasks done.
I have an update on my basement tackle that we started back in March, we have just about got it completed, hopefully by the end of this week it will be done so we can contact a realtor to get our house on the market!!
I will have a before shot (the one I took in March) and an after shot of what I took last night.

Menu Plan Monday

Monday ~ We are going to Burley Park today to a huge flea market with the inlaws, so I think we will be heading back to their house for dinner.
Tuesday ~ BLT’s and potato salad
Wednesday ~ pizza ~ this will throw everyone off for the day, as pizza night is usually Thursday but it is to hard to get the pizza made and have it done before we have to take off for the ball field for baseball.
Thursday ~ tacos
Friday ~ some sort of fish cooked on the grill, fried potatoes and corn

Time for a few contests.
The first one is over at Pinks & Blues Blog for a brand new Dooney & Bourke Splash Denim Bucket Handbag in summer white with a white leather strap. Retail value: $135! Tasty Thursday #4

Trista over at The Pumpkin Patch has started a Tasty Thursday meme that I think is a great idea! I am in such a rut and in need of some new recipes to try out. You can read more about this here. So join in on the fun and post your favorite tried and true recipes!
I love grill season!! This week I am posting a grill recipe.
Southwestern Chicken & Corn Dinner
1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil bag, lg size
1 TBSP flour
9 bone-in, skinless chicken pieces
4 tsp Mexican seasoning blend, divided
3 ears fresh corn on the cob, cut in pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, cubed
1 medium green bell pepper, cubed
1 medium onion, cut in eighths
Preheat grill to med-high, or oven to 450. Place bag in a 1 inch deep pan.
Sprinkle flour inside bag. Coat chicken with half of seasoning. Arrange chicken and veggies in bag in a even layer. Sprinkle remaining seasoning over veggies.
To seal, double fold open end of bag. Leave bag in pan when transporting to and from grill or oven.
To cook, slide bag onto grill or leave inpand and place in oven. Grill 25-30 minutes in covered grill, or bake 50-55 minutes in oven.
Use oven mitts and cut open bag. Fold back top for steam to escape.
Enjoy!
